Dressmaking

Do you need help with that special occasion dress or have fabric waiting to be made into a garment? Bring along whatever you would like to make and the tutor is there to guide you. Sewing machines are provided.  Bring along a Bernina Bobbin, thread, pins, scissors etc

Course Objectives:

  1. Gain confidence in the use of a sewing machine and an overlocker.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of various dressmaking techniques.

Time: Tuesday 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm, Term 1
Room: C2, Gore High School
Course Length: 8 weeks (possibility of extending this)
Course Fee: $40
