Using the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator for workplace effectiveness.  See how you differ from others around you so you can understand and manage differences.

Course Objectives:

  1. To establish for participants their personality type.
  2. To identify the best ways of establishing better personal and working relationships.
  3. To introduce effective working relationships with people of different personality types.
