Christmas Cake Decorating (Beginners)

Introduce yourself to the glories of Cake Decorating.  Delight family and friends.  Bring along your own un-iced Christmas cake and a suitable board.  If you have your own piping equipment, please bring along to the class.

Course Objectives:

  1. Learn how to cover a cake.
  2. Learn how to make royal icing and how to pipe.
