Indian Cooking made Easy

If you want to experience flavours of Indian cooking in a relaxed environment, come along to a basic hands-on course that teaches you traditional Indian cooking.  All ingredients will be provided.

Course Objectives:

  1. Learn what spices to use, when and how to use them and where to buy them.
  2. Gain confidence in cooking Indian food.
