Hostel

The Gore High Hostel is a five day co-educational Boarding Hostel that gives the best of both worlds. The students have the experience of living in a caring, well supervised environment during the week, while the weekends at a home stay keep family values strong. The Hostel provides a unique opportunity to build friends that last a lifetime. The students learn to mix with different ages and cultures. When the students leave they take with them a legacy of stories, friends and memories.

The Hostel trains students for life by instilling values and respect, which prepares them for tertiary education and the workforce. Learning respect for oneself, others and property is an important aspect of growing up and this is all part of daily life in the Hostel.
