You are not aloud to step with the ball

you need to get as much goals as you can

you must be at least 3 feet away with the person with the ball

you can not contact (push/touch) your opponent

you cannot through the ball out of court

you cannot through the ball over a third

you must not hold the ball for more than 3 seconds
